Warm-up

  • Easy Start

    180 seconds

Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart and your spine reaching gently toward the ceiling. Slowly roll your shoulders up and back to create space across your chest. Keep your knees soft as you continue these steady circles, feeling the tension release around your neck. Exhale as you pull your shoulders back and down, keeping your breath flowing rather than holding it tight. Avoid hunching forward or gripping your abdomen, as this creates unnecessary pressure on your pelvic floor. You should feel a sense of openness in your upper body and a calm, steady rhythm in your movement.

Main session

Zone 1 Walk

Continuous.
  • Easy Walk

    1200 seconds

Standing tall with a gentle core engagement, as you begin your graceful Easy Walk, inhale as you take two to four soft, deliberate steps, letting your arms swing naturally forward and back, exhaling smoothly with each step. Remember to keep your gaze lifted, looking straight ahead rather than down at your feet, which is a common tendency; this helps maintain good posture and balance, making each stride feel light and free.

Cool-down

  • Slow Finish

    120 seconds

As you begin, stand tall with your feet hip-width apart, shoulders relaxed. Now, take a slow, controlled step forward, feeling your weight shift gently, then another, keeping that mindful pace for two to four steps. Imagine your breath is a calm wave—inhale as you step, exhale fully as you find your balance. Really focus on landing softly, imagining you're stepping on eggshells, avoiding any hard thudding that might happen if you forget to engage your core and rush it.
